Nah, the Sparklehorse cover has it all over the Cracker one. All the generic 90's elements are there: vague "artistic" photo, odd color wash, randomly-spaced "grungy" typeface, doesn't say anything in particular about the band or the record... pretty much covers all the bases.
it's definately of a time, but surely this must also be in the running...
